What is planned preventative maintenance (PPM)?
PPM is scheduled servicing carried out at agreed intervals to keep systems running efficiently and to catch issues before they cause a breakdown. It is the most cost-effective way to look after commercial air conditioning.
What are our F-Gas obligations?
Operators of systems containing fluorinated gases must arrange regular leak checks and keep records, with frequency depending on the refrigerant charge. As an F-Gas registered company we carry out these checks and maintain your records for you.
Do you cover systems you did not install?
Yes. We take on maintenance for existing systems of any make, model or age, including inherited installations and multi-site portfolios.
How quickly do you respond to breakdowns?
Contract customers receive priority rapid response. We agree target response times with you as part of the contract so you know exactly what to expect.
Can you maintain multiple sites?
Absolutely. We manage single sites and multi-site portfolios with consolidated reporting and scheduling to make your life easier.
How is a contract priced?
Pricing is based on the number, type and age of units and your required service frequency and response level. We quote a clear annual price after a site survey.
