“My worry was that I’d hire some cowboys… The whole bunch of lads were top notch guys, they offered me the solutions, explained the pros and cons and came up with a solution that would be as discrete as possible. The lads did a fantastic job, at a brilliant price. Good honest guys, I’d recommend them to anyone that is looking for air conditioning or under floor heating.”

Home air conditioning FAQs
How much does home air conditioning cost to install?
Every home is different, so we always quote after a free survey. As a guide, a single wall-mounted room system is the most affordable option, while multi-room and whole-house setups cost more. Your fixed-price quote is fully itemised with no hidden extras, and finance is available to spread the cost.
What does air conditioning cost to run?
Modern inverter systems are highly efficient and only use the energy needed to hold your set temperature. Running costs depend on how often you use it and how well insulated your home is. During your survey we will talk you through realistic running costs for your rooms.
Does it heat my home as well as cool it?
Yes. The systems we install are reverse-cycle, so they provide efficient heating in winter as well as cooling in summer, often at a lower cost than traditional electric heating.
Is the installation disruptive?
Not really. Most single-room installs are completed in a day, with larger systems taking a little longer. Our engineers protect your home, work tidily and clear up fully before they leave.
Will I need planning permission?
For most homes, air conditioning falls under permitted development and does not need planning permission. There are exceptions, such as listed buildings and some conservation areas. We will advise you honestly during your survey.
Is it noisy?
No. Modern indoor units are whisper-quiet, typically quieter than a soft conversation, so they are comfortable even in bedrooms overnight.
