Servicing FAQs
How often should air conditioning be serviced?
For most homes, once a year is ideal. Heavier-use systems or homes with pets and allergies can benefit from twice-yearly servicing. We will recommend the right interval for you.
Do you service systems you did not install?
Yes. We service and repair all makes and models, whoever fitted them. Many customers come to us after being let down elsewhere.
Will servicing keep my warranty valid?
In almost all cases manufacturers require annual servicing by a qualified engineer to keep the warranty valid. Our F-Gas registered servicing satisfies this requirement.
What happens if you find a problem?
We will explain it clearly, quote before doing any chargeable work and never carry out repairs without your say-so.
How long does a service take?
A standard home service usually takes around an hour per indoor unit, depending on the system and its condition.
